I was offered a job that requires me to be at the office at 6:45 in the morning. I'll have to leave the house at 6:00 and take transit.The stop where I need to take the bus is in a good part of town just outside of UBC. Is it safe to do this? Are there a lot of people in the streets and taking transit this early in the morning?
Also my job is in Gastown, only a couple of blocks from Main and East Hastings. The bus stop is right outside my building. Do you think it's safe to be in that area that early in the morning?
Additional Details
I'm required to do this on the weekends as well.
