According to the Officer he caught me at 93mph on a 65mph zone... I completely disagree with him because I wasn't going that fast... I was more going between 80-85...

I don't know but I think they charge you for go over the speedlimit. And then charge you a certain amount of money ($5, $10) for every mile per hour over the limit.
