brought a childs car seat about a month ago, due to little lad still falling asleep was advised by "trained staff" a particular one.... how wrong was she. when he falls to sleep his heads rolling all over the place. so took it back but manager has said cant take car seat back due to not knowing if its been in an accident and not being able to re-sell item, this sounds sensible but is it true, and my argument was his staff advising the wrong seat in the first place, any ideas?

Most kid's head roll around when they fall asleep in their carseats. You need to buy a head stabilizer for him. Put it this way: would you like your child in a carseat that's been returned? |

This is correct and its done for safety reasons but they do make child head stabilizers that are like small cushions that the child's head can be placed into so that this will not happen. |
