Almost got hit by a car?

i was crossing the street on my way home, and at a cross a man stopped for me. When i was about half- way there he slammed on the brake (which made a terrifiying sound) and began to turn. He almost hit me (but didnt cuz i started to run. As he was turning he yelled to me: MOVE UR A**. Should i call the police?? he was alos listening to loud music.

Since no one got hurt, it would be pointless. And even if you have 2 or more witnesses, all the guy would get is a ticket for driving recklessly. Getting a ticket won't stop that idiot from driving. Save your breathe. GJ on jumping out of the way. |

If you got his lisence plate number then call local cop station and report for reckless driving. im sorry but i tried to help. |

What are you going to do, call the police and tell them that someone nearly hit you and you have no identifying information whatsoever? Even if you did get his license plate number, the police can't just take your word for it - they would have to see him do it. No one was hurt, so take a chill pill and get over it. Next time, look both ways when you cross. |

I am glad that you did not get hit. Some people drive crazy! There isn't anything that you can do about it, just learn from it I guess, and know your surroundings at all times. Don't trust anyone. |

you shouldn't call the cops. those are one of those situations where you just shrug it off and let it go. the person who did that is another one of those obnoxious dumb A## holes who think they are never at fault when they really are. the world is full of A## holes like him. don't worry. one day, he will hit somebody and go to court and have his license revoked. |

Well personally I wouldn't be too worried about justice at this point, I would just be thankful that I wasn't seriously injured or killed. I'm glad to hear that you were thinking quickly and got out of the way, but if you don't have his plate number or anything I would let it go and count your blessings. |
