Well, here's my deal. Ever since I was born I couldn't see out of my right eye at all. If I never told you, and you saw me, you wouldn't notice.
About a month ago, my sister told me I have to have perfect 20 20 vision to be able to get a driver's license.
So my question is, will I ever be able to get my driver's license? And if I do, would it be safe for me to drive?

You don't need perfect 20/20 vision to get a drivers license. If you an pass your state's DMV's eye exam, you'll be fine. Many people wear glasses when driving, which means they don't have perfect vision. Good luck. |

If you can pass the vision test, you'll be fine. You don't have to have 20/20 vision, far from it.
My father has not been able to see out of his left eye since he was a child, and he has his license without any problems. |

It depends on where you live and what their rules are but most all states will allow you to drive if you can pass the vision tests..... |

Your sister is wrong. The requirement is not 20/20. I think it is 20/40 or 20/50.
I am not sure whether you need to be able to see that well in each eye or you only need to be able to see that well in one eye or the other. |
