I was driving down a local road put on my turn signal to make a left,as I proceeded through the intersection(which by the way turns back and down hill,also the intersection is narrow,that if another car was pulling out you would have to let them proceed before you could make your turn).The driver coming up hill does not stop (he has a stop sign) nor yield to me being in the intersection and hits my car. His insurance company denied liabilty for the accident,but also said I was not liable.Help me out with this one

You were in the intersection and that gives you the right-of-way. The other insurance company is trying a ploy to get you to back off. It is bogus.
You need to get a lawyer to send them a letter, then THEY'LL back off. |

Your best bet is consulting a lawyer. And obtain the police report to see what the police said. That report may help. The big question is what does your insurance company say after seeing the report? They may help you. |
