Recently I was in a coach crash, Nobody was seriously hurt and everyone got home safely, but ever since ive got back home, i just feel so down, i pretend that I'm fine because i don't want to worry people, I cry at the stupidest things and I keep loosing my temper.
I remeber every little detail which makes it worse, and I'm 13 so my hormones are kinda everywhere atm lol (:
So i just wanted to know how anyone coped?

You're a little shocked still, it'll pass. Talk about the issues with your parents. It is scary. You've just realised you're not invulnerable and you could have died in a crash. It's okay, I believe you are reacting normally.
My car got wrecked last year, a big 1500 Dodge rammed (bad joke, cos it's a Dodge Ram) into the back of my Saturn Vue. We were all fine, the Vue held up and did the job it was made for..it was totaled, but the scary part I saw the guy coming. My friend says that I said something like "That guy isn't stopping" and WHAM!
I get a little nervous today if I see a Dodge coming at me...
Gotta new car out of it, same kind too. A Vue.

I've been in few minor car accidents and 2 major ones. You could try to keep yourself busy or you could talk to your parents, friends or any one you feel comfortable with. You would be best to tell some exactly what you are going through cause if you keep it bottled up inside it will only get worse. |
