coming home just then i had to pass about ten pedestrian crossings,and on about four of them i saw some people with pushchairs waiting for the lights to turn,
only thing is the persons pushing the pushchair was quite safe on the pavement but the poor baby was in the road,
used to see it a lot when i used to drive buses

I live in the city, and I see this everyday. These are all young mothers, who lack the common sense to protect the children they bring into this world. This is just one example of their immaturity. What about the ones who live in upstairs appartments and don't use child gates to keep the baby from falling down flights of stairs? Someone could make a fortune by giving classes or writing a book. |

Yes, umpteen times and it makes me so mad! :-( The worst I have ever seen, is when parents run across the road literally dragging a poor little toddler as they go. Its so dangerous. There are some stupid parents out there. |

far too many times. I used to turn my buggy sideways so it ran parallel with the curb when my kids were small. I could never put my kids out on the road if it was not safe. Call me old fashioned, but I wanted my kids to be safe!!! |

A lot of mothers do not have the sense to protect their children. After all, most of them could not even either spell perambulator or tell you what one is!
After all in the benefit society we live in, the only way some of these girls can afford to live is get pregnant and live off the state. |
