I was involved in a Dwai/ Dwi Truck Accident as the driver took a corner at 95 mph and flipped the truck 4 times I was pinned underneath the seat and the dash and the driver removed me from the truck and wouldnt call the cops- The next morning i went to the hospital and filed a report of it with progressive the person who was driving his insurance and what not- well the hospital only told me i had amneisia and that was it even though I complained of severe back pain- they refused to do x-rays or anything now being 2009 and it happened in 2004 and i was refused medical att 3 times since then by the same hospital- they are saying i can not file settlement? I just found out from a diff hospital that i have fracture componet in my back? what can i do to follow a settlement??

Memo - whenever you are involved in a collision with injuries, call 911. The police must respond, along with ambulance. Also, a private hospital can refuse treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Find a good attorney that works on a contingency fee, meaning that the attorney does not collect a fee until you win your case.

You can talk with an attorney but the statute of limitations is only two years for car accidents.......... |

Most importantly you will need a doctor to verufy that your back injury is or could be, from 2004 and caused by a car accident. THAT is the biggest hurdle. You need to research statue of limitations per where you live. |
