Statistically, yes.
This is especially true of young men, between the ages of sixteen and twenty-five. This demographic is responsible for getting the most tickets, getting involved in the most collisions and causing the most injuries and deaths on the road. |

Depends on the person, but generally yes.
I am a very safety concious person, and would only drive in a "show off" manner, if there was nobody else with me, or around me, so it would be pointless showing off to myself....

Yes. It also depends on the person, but the reason why this is true, is because men generally take more risks when driving. Women are naturally more conscious of their surroundings and they are aware of the risks of driving erratically. The reason why this is true is because of our hormones. Men have more testosterone in their bodies which causes an increase in behavior such as driving aggressively. Women have estrogen which does not contribute to aggressive behavior. The difference in hormones is what causes men to take more chances on the road increasing accidents, and that is another reason why insurance is higher for males than women. |

Hi, I am an ex driving instructor and can guarantee that men do show off a lot more than women. They are also much more aggressive drivers behind the wheel. Women are the better drivers because of this. |
