i recently saw a Pepboys commercial which advertised their car tires for about $25 each. Now I'm wondering why these tires are so cheap since the tires at costco cost upto $100. What is the difference between the tires from Pepboys and Costco?

They sell what is called "second line tires" and they are very cheap in quality and they have a very poor replacement policy.
