Some restaurants will pay for the taxi if a customer is too intoxicated to drive home. I know chains like TGIF and Chilis does this. |

Call the cab company and ask them.
Quite often on New Years there is a service like this in my home town, but I'm not sure about the rest of the year.
Worse comes to worse, call the police. I'm sure they wouldn't want anyone to drive drunk. |

Not for free. She'll have to pay for a normal one. Perhaps if she had spent less on the alcohol itself she'd have the money for a cab. |

AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) sometimes does that, but only for soeone who wants to quit drinking and join the program. So unless this family member is an alcoholic who wants to reform, don't call them. |
