The description should say, but it doesn't and by the description of "very bright" I would say they would not be legal to use while driving.
They will be fine for off-roading, but on regular roads you will blind people and cops will harass you. |

DOT doesn't regulate the use of the name/standards applied to products so it's appearance or lack of doesn't mean anything.
Mostly it seems to go to intended use. That is - a wide beam 3 mil candlepower isn't something for public roads.

Do they show a beam pattern or tell what the bulbs/specs on are?
And-yeah, U may have to go to KC for this info. |

Those would be labeled for off road use only in my state. You may need to contact KC or your states DMV to see what rules are in your state. |
