So i have a permit and i practice driving while my dad who is over 21 apparently and then i have my little brother in the car who is under the age of 18 so is he allowed to come with me while im driving.

Its not legal where i live. Its also not safe for anyone IMO. You'd be putting him in unnecessary danger being in the car when you don't really know how to drive, and he might cause some sort of distraction for you.
Just leave him at home. |

Where I am located.. The answer is NO..
It should only be the new driver (you) and a person who has a valid drivers license (dad). Otherwise its against the law.. |

i think so, as long as you have a person over 21.ive had my sister in the car. too but its easier without her. |
