Ok, so my friend just texted me telling me shes stranded at Orlando Airport (i'm in Miami) and I told her best bet is to take a taxi because UCF is to far! She's never been in one & I told her to look for the cab driver's name (yes, i am aware that it comes off as the movie, Taken ) she cant find one! Ah! Where is the name tag supposed to beeeeee?!

usually is in the back glass or the visor.
my pops is a taxi driver here in the US virgin islands and he is required by law to have it on the sun visor where every one can see it. if they don't have one that means its a gypsy taxi.
you should tell her to text you the licences plate numbers of the taxi she gets in or better yet a picture and have her send it to your phone ..just in case. |

Yes. An operator's license with the driver's photo on it is supposed to be displayed in the cab.
