Auto crash

A BMW ran an intersection and hit my 2000 audio TT in the left wheel well. He told the police he had stopped and then in the middle of the intersection I pulled in front of him. If you saw the damage to my car it would be obvious that he is lying. My question is, how do I show that he was not going about 10-15 miles per hour, which would be about normal for someone who had stopped? I believe he must have been going much faster, I would guess at least 35 to 45 miles per hour. My side air bag inflated. Are there pics of crashes that might help? Videos? Crash test pics and videos are not any help. thanks to much for any answers. Cody
