yes,it is mandated by dot for safety.when slam on those air brakes it will launch you thru the windshield and halfway down the block if that seatbelt isnt secured |

My dads a bus driver and he said yes he does wear a seat belt! it is against the law to drive a vehicle and not wear a seat belt... he said that some bus drives don't wear one because they think that their bus is so much bigger than most other vehicles on the road if they were in a crash their vehicle would come out better off!!

Under the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration regulations it is illegal for anyone with a CDL, while operating any type of commercial vehicle, to not wear a seat belt. |
