Blue tinted headlights, do they hinder your vision at night?

Not many vehicles have these yet. Many of my friends and I cannot even look at the road when one is coming towards us. Fear this will be a real issue when all vehicles go to these lights. Can you look towards them or must you look away too?

Nope......Its very hard too both look at them and its very dangerous when they are coming behind you as well.
