That's illegal. You can't drive anywhere that's public unless you have a license or a permit and a parent. A parking lot that isn't yours is considered public. You can practice on your own property though if you don't have a license or permit. |

you cant yet, be patient. Driving is a priviledge, and worth waiting for. Once you get there, learn everything, and DO NOT DRIVE LIKE A FOOL.
Respect the vehicle cos if you don't, and drive like a fool, you'll regret it. |

You can't ....you have to be at least 16 THEN get a permit THEN go and take driving classe THEN go take a test to get your license |

You cant do this plus both you and the passenger would be ticketed but it would be worse for you.....you would not be able to get your license until you were 18 years of age after getting caught. |
