if you speed through a yellow light then yes you can get a ticket. |

You could, but you could most likely get the ticket waived if you cross the white line before the light turned red. Most cameras have a delay after the light turns red to allow cars already in the intersection to pass. Also, I think the sensors are at the white stopping line and therfore can't be tripped if you are already in the intersection. |

Yes, but not a red light ticket. A red light ticket needs 2 pictures, 1 of the vehicle entering on the red, and one of the vehicle actually in the intersection on the red.
However, many intersection cameras have speed sensors, so you can get a speeding ticket no matter what colour the light is. |

It depends on the camera. Usually, the camera will only flash if you entered the intersection when the light was red. If you were already in the intersection when the light was yellow you should be fine. |

No, they only get you if the light is red and you go into the intersection. |

It depends on where you live. Here in Orlando, FL we have red light cameras at some of our intersections and do get a ticket if we are caught running one. However first time offenders almost always get a warning in the form of a formal letter with at picture of you driving at the time of the offense. Basically, they just want you to know that they hold all the cards in the situation. Some people in our city have had luck with disputing the fine in lue of the law being unconstitutional depending on how you look at it. |

the truth is that, you can legally cross an intersection when the light is yellow if you are 30ft. from the traffic light. but really, it depends on the traffic light. police really don't recommend running through yellow lights. but some cameras allow you to run them, but then again some don't. if the camera flashes on you, then no matter what you did, you will get a ticket.
i recommend that you avoid the whole process and don't run yellow lights. |

Yes, you can, In IL where I'm at, My grandfather got a ticket ($150.00) for passing over the White line when the Light was Yellow he tougth he could beat if but just as he "kissed" the line with the frount part of his tires the light turned Red, so yes he ended up getting the ticket, but then on the back of the ticket it says you can "Fight it" if you want to go down to the Court house, He did and it got "waved" because they reviewed the video and saw how it was close, but they told him NOT TO DO THAT AGAIN. he learned after all the years driving hes 76. Ha! |

no, if it is still yellow. if you are crossing the intersection and in the middle of it it turns red, you are still fine. you won't get a ticket. you didn't make the light change. hah. but if you are speeding up at the light and it has been yellow for a long time. . . that's not good. hah! hope this helped!! |

I live in a busy place that you can always get nailed by cops.
You can cross when the light is yellow and if you have say a GPS you can get camera alerts. |
