Can I carry a Taser C2?

I am a teen, that lives in South Carolina. I know that Tasers are not considered firearms. I always am scared of something threatening happening when I am walking along the street.
Is there any age limit, as to how old you have to be to carry a Taser C2?

Not a firearm, Still 'an offensive weapon' though. You can still be arrested for carrying one!

You are correct a taser is not a firearm, to my knowledge the last time I looked california was the only place restricting there use.

If your state does allow legal ownership & carrying of a Taser- you must be 18 to own one. I believe Taser even has that somewhere in their website that they do not sell to anyone under 18.

Taser will ship the inactivated device to you if you can legally own one, along with certification papers. Once you have completed the certification process and mailed the signed certification paperwork back to Taser, they will issue you the unlock code for the Taser so it will then work.
