You are not supposed to put a 4 year old in the front seat...but over 45 lbs can probably do away with the booster..or is it 48 lbs? |

The law varies by country/province/state. There's no way we can answer that without knowing what jurisdiction you live in.
If by any chance you are in Indiana, I believe the answer is no. |

Nahh don't let children under 12 sit in the front even if you have a booster seat. Better to be safe then sorry |

I dont suggest it because i just got a ticket for my 6 yr old sitting in the front seat with his booster seat. And hes well over 60 lbs. And if you have air bags in the front then definately NO! |

No, booster seats should be in the backseat never in the front if you want them safe. Children under the age of 12 should never ride in the front seat! They are safest in the back buckled into a car seat. |

no they cant because the air bags will prolly do a serious injury , but after 12 he or she can sit in the front seat without a booster seat.... |

NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the law is 95lb in my state and a four year old is a destraction and no that is not safe |

Not unless they are 152cm tall (5 feet US), they cannot sit in the front seat. In some places it's illegal, but in all places it's unsafe. |

2. 20–35 POUNDS CONVERTIBLE SEAT USED IN REAR-FACING POSITION, SECURED IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR. LOOK FOR A CHILD SAFETY SEAT THAT IS RECOMMENDED FOR HEAVIER INFANTS.
3. WHEN YOU ARE 1, 2, 3, AND 4 20–40 POUNDS FACE FORWARD IN A CONVERTIBLE SEAT OR A FORWARD-FACING-ONLY SEAT OR HIGH-BACK BOOSTER/HARNESS IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR.
4. WHEN YOU ARE 4, 5, 6, 7, OR 8 LESS THAN 4’9” (57 INCHES) TALL BELT-POSITIONING BOOSTER SEAT (NO BACK) OR HIGH-BACK BELT-POSITIONING BOOSTER SEAT IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR.
5. WHEN YOU ARE 8, 9, 10, 11, OR 12 MORE THAN 4’9” (57 INCHES) TALL MAY USE AN ADULT SEATBELT, BUT MUST KEEP YOUR BACK AGAINST THE SEAT BACK, YOUR KNEES BENT OVER THE EDGE OF THE SEAT, AND YOUR FEET FLAT ON THE FLOOR IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR.
6. WHEN YOU ARE MORE THAN 12 YEARS OLD MORE THAN 4’9” (57 INCHES) TALL MAY SIT IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT OF THE CAR WITH AN ADULT SEATBELT. |
