Oh yeah LAB RAT actually I didn't someone else did. apparently it is very easy?

Yes they can but if the kill switch was installed to disable both the fuel as well as the ignition then he will have a much harder time because now he has to find the wiring for both the fuel and the ignition to by-pass the kill switch....much harder..
