No it is marked so you can not park there. There has to be a marked area and that does not mean a vertcal sign |

If you have the handicap stuff on your car ... license plate or the portable sign for cars that sometimes have a handicap person inside but not always transported that way, then it is perfectly legal to park there.
If you park where it is illegal to do so, you can get ticketed, towed, depending on the local police having the time to deal with minor crimes.
If there is some vehicle(s) often parking illegally & it annoys you that the cops are not taking appropriate action, there is nothing to stop you from calling the police on them, making a complaint that the law is not being enforced against this lawbreaker. |
