it is a grand espace 2.2 dci i only passed my driving test 3 years ago i know i kan tow 3500 kg can any one help cheers

The car can, its rated at a Towing Limit (braked) 2000 kg. However if you are in the UK then you will need to have an additional towing category on your licence, as you would be limited to 750Kg.
To tow the weight you quote would require categories C+E or D+E on your licence

The towing weight is 2,000kg. Check your licence, as you'll probably need to get towing added to it. Yes you can drive anything up to 3,500kg, but towing is extra!

You can tow anything as long as the combined weight (vehicle + trailor) doesnt exceed 3500kg.
And that the weight of the thing being towed doesnt exceed the weight of the vehicle towing it.
So check the combined weight, otherwise look into doing your B+E |
