Can my mom complain and have school delay plz answerr?

ok we live on back roads and we got like a foot of snow on sat to sunday morning and all the main roads are clear but the back roads arent i go to catholic school so there are no busing systems that pick up kids they have to find a ride to school if my mom called the school really early and said the roads we live on are really bad and cant get through them will they make a delay

No, I don't believe the class wil start late because you can't get there........what about all the other kids and their parents...........
Call a friend and ask them to take notes and call the school so they know why you are going to be late.........Maybe they have someone who can pick u up.....

No not because of one student but it depends on the president/principal to delay school or not.

i do not believe that they would delay school because some of the back roads are snowed in but if she calls the school they should defiantly excuse you from being there and you can get the noes and all from a class mate who was able to go to class.

Maybe if you're Ferris Bueller. They won't start late for you, but you should probably stay late for yourself. It's called PUNCTUATION. You know, commas, periods, maybe a semi-colon thrown in for variety... Getting to school on time is the students responsiblity. In the early 80's NYC Transit went on strike for 11 days during winter months and even though the city ground to a halt, the schools were still open.

Chances are, is that they will not delay the time or the start of school. You would probably be able to get an excused absence, but I doubt whether the school would delay their start time or delay the day that they would open the school, just because one student couldn't make it to school.
