of course NOT, think about the baby! |

Zach
no, and further more you should not smoke in a car that an infant is going to be in. |

R O
NO, second hand smoke is awful and would put the baby at risk for asthma as well as other things. Being in a small confined space only makes the effects worse. You should not smoke around children or even pets. |

come on you want to kill the infant. if you need to smoke. go somewhere else. |

Just Me
I could, but I don't.
I don't even smoke in my house since my grandson moved in (with his mom) |

Bunny
Yeah, if you are the most selfish person in the world. Of course, your killing yourself, but why put an innocent life at risk! |

California just passed a law that makes it illegal, $100 1st offense. |

hermitofnorthdome
you can but why would you. second hand smoke is just as bad as smoking yourself and with a baby no way i would do that |

No matter what the law is in the place where you live, you will some day have to answer to the higher law of the One who said it would be better to have a mill stone tied to your neck and be thrown into the sea, than to have harmed one of these little ones.
And if you smoke with a child in the car, knowing what you know today, you will surely have to answer to Him for it. |

Why would you want to? My son is 8 months old, i don't smoke and i don't allow anyone to smoke in my home or my car and definitely not around my son i don't even let people smoke around my 11 year old step-daughter. Second hand smoke is horrible. If you don't believe me ask your doctor and your child's pediatrician. |

Scaredy Kat
Sure, if you're totally ignorant and don't give a crap about the infant's health.
And to think... there are so many good, caring people who can't have kids... Ironic, isn't it?
Thumbs down because you're pissed that no one is on your side? |

bigbird
the question is not if you can, of course you can?!
the question you should ask is would you want to smoke when having an infant in the car. |

No! And from what I heard in the news yesterday. Here in California, Gov. Arnold has now passed a law where you can get a $100 ticket for smoking with a child under the age of 18. |

Chris
You shouldn't smoke with an infant in the car, but at least in California, it is not currently illegal. That will change, however, with the recent passage of a law that does make it illegal. When this law goes into effect (January 1st??), it will be illegal for anyone to smoke in a vehicle if they ar transporting a passenger under the age of 18 |

dont smoke at all it is very bad for you and your baby try to quit |

skunk
I don`t think you should. I see a lot of people do it though. |

You can if you want to but second hand smoking is actually worse because second hand smoking dosent have a filter unlike smoking. |
