Sure you can sue them... you can sue for anything, the problem is, can you win. I would try if I were you, but talk to an attorney for the best advice.

Of course, but depending on your injury and their rights, you could win, you could lose.

If their rights include anything about injuries and how they are not responsible for it, then you will most likely lose.

Each manufacturer's rights are varied, so you would probably want to check out the tags on your airbag/ car. they might say. :)

Yes. You can sue for faulty equipment. The manufacture has the responsibility of ensuring that all equipment is ready for use when a consumer purchases a vehicle. That is why the manufacturers must do extensive testing. If something is wrong they then must recall parts or vehicles and work it out.
