If this happened to you give your insurance company a chance to do their job. They will work to get the claim settled for you. If you get a lawyer involved before giving your insurance company a chance to work the claim you will unnecessarily delay the claim handling process. Also attorneys normally get 1/3 of the settlement amount and they have been known to "stall" telling their clients of the settlement offer from the insurance company hoping to get a larger settlement (more money for them). |

Yes. Get a lawyer, and (I'm serious about this) sue everyone. Sue Walmart, sue the trucking company, sue the truck driver. The lawyer will most likely suggest the same thing. |

yes..contact the authorities and a walmart manager. they can also check security cameras (if you were in view) to get evidence so u can sue!! |
