Most of the time its driver error.
People getting distracted from the road: talking on the cellphone, drinking, eating, putting on makeup, reading talking to the passengers and looking at all the pretty things and other accidents they drive by.
People not adjusting their driving to the weather/road conditions: tailgating and speeding on slippery roads, in poor visibility or in construction zones.
Mechanical breakdowns: tire blowout or a brake failure.
And of course there is drunk driving, and falling asleep. |
