Car seat latching question...?

I own a 2005 Honda Accord coupe. I am having trouble securing a child booster seat using the hooks that are built into the car. I have tried using the seatbelt method but cannot seem to figure out how to get the seat tight. It does not lock and the carseat moves around way too much.
I am wondering if anyone knows what type of latchplate the 2005 Honda Accord has in their rear seat seatbelts.... Is it "locking", "switchable", or "sewn-on"??
If anyone can tell me what type I have, or help me figure out how to safely secure the carseat in my backseat without using the hooks or "latch" system as I've heard it call, that would be greatly appreciated.

Your local fire department will be glad to show you how to correctly install the seat you need to see how it is done. This is your child and nothing is more important then his or her safety.

The fire department or the dealership are not good places to go. You need to go see someone who is trained in car seat safety who know how to properly install seats. Google "SafeKids" and find a tech in your area.

Take the seat and GO to a local HONDA dealership and have THEM show you how to use the seat belt properly. If they can not show you then YOU can file a complaint and get some attention to solve this problem. GOOD LUCK & BE SAFE
