I would say B, because you'd do MOST of your driving close to home.

B. definitely B statistically speaking your more comfortable close to your home so you will not pay as close of attention and take more chances cause you know when that light will turn red right lol

the driver's manual even says that the majority of accidents happen within close proximity to your home. basically where ever you're more likely to be less alert.

I agree with B. As the insurance industry as stated that most accidents happen within 35 miles of the persons home. I saw this I think on fox news
