Is it legal to carry a baby in a rear facing car seat in the front of a Ford transit van?

(Obviously the seat will be fitted correctly with seat belt etc)

As long as it is fitted correctly, ideally with a three point belt and any air bag that may be fitted is switched off

Of course: A transit has seatbelts the same as any car. Note the above advice regarding air bags though.
