Clear windscreen in winters?

how to clear the windscreen from inside and outside when its gets hazy due to the cold weather

Best answer usually the simplest
Liquid dishsoap is applied to the inside of the windscreen with a paper towel trying to leave a thin layer behind. Fog will not form on it. Fog forms on clean glass.
(you could also "spit on the glass" but that is alot of spit.

Water and newspaper works the best.
