instead of braking hard try just tappin it.. let them hit lightly then stop ask what wrong!! and ask for info on insurance reasons... get alawyer and sue them.. in court to fix damages and oain in your back! they will learn??from this?? call police if you have to!! |

Another example of a bad driver that says it is the OTHER driver who is driving badly.
Great lesson, perhaps you will die in a fiery crash, but that OTHER guy will surely feel bad about it. That'll learn 'em! |

just slow down so they can pass, it is not worth the problem that may happen. there are a lot of people out on the roads in a hurry to go no where. |

if u do this in ohio, u will also get cited for causing the wreck, and the guy that hit will also get it for assured clear distance. hittin the brakes hard for no reason just cause someone is tailgating is no excuse in this state. |

My suggestion is do nothing erratic that could endanger your life. Ease back off the vehicle in front and give yourself extra space. You should have a 2 second gap between you and the vehicle in front, make it 3 or 4 in good weather if you get a tailgater, longer if wet or icey. You must be careful if you do break hard as you could be a contributor to an accident which might get you on the wrong side of the law. |
