Do you have to pay even if the taxi gets into an accident?
Find answers to your legal question.

Do you have to pay even if the taxi gets into an accident?

like not a "crash"- just a swerving on the road then crashing into snow type of accident- then being stuck in snow until another taxi comes to give you a ride

ALL AMERICAN
regardless of how much the driver complains OR what the law says " this southern boy ain't paying" !!!! /

tough question! I guess I wouldn't pay!

Bullz_ eye
No you would have to only pay from the last taxi. You may even argue a free ride but do not know how well that would work.

The Mr. Pine
I would assume so.

well i used to be a bike messenger, and as far as i know when i got hit by a cab he tried to make me pay him for costing him TIME; rather then to see if i was okay. so to answer this i would say yes they would make you pay; maybe you can geta discount for there terrible driving.

I would pay for the fair up until the crash occurred that seems fair for both parties.

Joel
no!... they pay you!.. since your neck will obviously hurt no matter how slight the accident was:)

Fordman
It seems you would be responsible for the fare upto the crash. That seems fair to me.
