i was driving home tonight and i thought some one threw a bottle at my car and the driver in the other lane started shouting abuse at me but they obviously thought i threw glass but when i got home i realised it was my head light do i have to report it to the police. please go easy on me im new to driving.

the whole outer case fell out. i would call that a bit of bad luck for me

Call the highway department , that is there job to remove the glass. If on the other hand you want to report the driver, just call the police and report it.

no you don't have to report it honey.....don't worry.....road sweepers & council county highways deal with any problems on the roads....not your problem - you did not cause this.
