in IL do you have to take drivers ED before getting my learners permit,
Im 14 and will be turning 15 this June 14th I have a car already, but i cant drive, haha.

yepp you have to take segment one, then you get your learners permit. then you take segment two, and get your liscense when you're 16.

Your so lucky, in the UK we have to be 17 to drive & we have one of the hardest tests in the world.. :(
but yes to my knowledge you do have to take a drivers ED test in the USA. |
