Do you hate driving on snowy and icy road, or doesn't it bother you much? I'm from Pennsylvania and I'm not bothered by the snow as much as the ice.

i had some of the best times of my life playing football and paintball in the snow..but i hate driving in the snow and dread attempting to trek out in the ice...california can't come soon enough |

Being brought up and live in northern Canada it is the norm. You get used to it. The only problems we have is with someone coming into the area from the sunny south. They have to get re educated if they are fortunate enough to live that long. |

I haven't been driving in a while, but when I was driving snow was good to drive on, but it was when the ice black ice or snow ice came onto the road that it made it more difficult to drive. |

I don't mind it at all. Love it in fact!!! Wish I had more of it. Just wish I could find a way to keep all the fuktards who can't drive off of it. They screw it up for those who do know how to drive. |

I don't mind it since most of the year here the roads are icy and/or snowy. But I get tired of it from time to time only because I want to move south and oh yeah, I'm in Alaska, that might have something to do with it. |

I live in CO. and was taught driving in the snow
it can be a hassle sometimes but it doesn't phase me as much. What bugs me are the people that are scared of driving in it, its scary and you have to keep safe but taking a turn at 2 mph is just outrageous.
I'm glad ive gotten used to it, everyone will be in a snow driving situation at some point in their life, but us snow drivers will know what to do. |

Hmm.. I actually love driving on the snow when I drive my boyfriend's truck... I don't know why. I cannot stand driving on ice, though. Black ice is the worst. |

If I can see it I'm not bothered by it. But I refuse to drive on black ice.
There is no safe way to drive on black ice unless you have studs and even then you must slow down to the point were you may as well have just stayed home in the first place. You may have studs but what about every other car that does not. Sooner or later one of them is going to screw the pooch and take you out.
Not a big fan of drifting snow and I drive a school bus. In a snow storm you can't see the drifts until you are into them and even with the taller bus tires these vehicles tend to get a mite unsettled when they hit them. |

I'm from PA and now live in Maine. I'm glad I got my 4wd pickup. It's alot easier driving now than when I had my firebird. It all depends on your vehicle.... |
