Do you need to take any Drivers Ed program after getting your learners permit at 18?

Ok so I live in VA, and am 17+ yrs old !!!! yes i don have my permit yet..BUT am planning on getting one on my 18th birthday, which is like 3 days from now!!! but the thing is am really confused about the stuff i have to do after i get my permit!! I already took Drivers Ed in high school during my sophomore year, and unfortunately ....I failed!!! so my question is, If i pass my learners permit test, do i have to take any Drivers Ed program to get my license? the manual says that If am under 19 i have to hold my permit for nine months...i get that..what i don get is do i need to take any Drivers Ed program after getting my permit?.....

no you don't,and don't let your permit expire, all I did back then
in 1986 I took the written test and then the road test-no drivers ed because I was 18.

I am probably sure you do not need a drivers ed class. Call the DMV to be sure.

Yes u always have to take your drivers ed class cause that's learning everything, when your out praticing that's hands on.
