Do you think that Asians are good drivers?

The GOOD ones are far fewer than the bad ones. The ones that are not wild and crazy are overly cautious, which is just as bad.

I know, as I'm married to one, and we spend lots of time in little Saigon in Orange County Ca. That's a scary place if you're not prepared.

I've also visited the REAL Saigon, and THAT'S the most out of control traffic you will ever see!!

Maybe you should concentrate on driving instead of trying to count the number of "asian" drivers on the road.

I DONT MEAN TO BE RACIST BUT THEY ARE THE WORST DRIVERS EVER. I DONT KNOW HOW THE HECK THEY GET THE CDL WHEN THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A CAR. SPECIALLY ASIAN LADIES ARE THE ONE THAT WE MUST WATCH OUT FOR, THEY CAN CAUSE THE ACCIDENT IN ANY SINGLE SECOND. SO BE AWARE!

I have a theory about this. Many asians are first generation immigrants from other countries. They learned to drive in societies that have different cultural views of safe or normal driving habits. So they may not care as much about using their turn signals or yielding to a pedestrian who whats to cross the street, but they drive at safer speeds. American drivers, however, tend to drive much faster and more aggressively and often have bad cases of road rage. The clashing of these two driving styles is what makes Asians seem like "bad drivers". It is a cultural and not a race issue.

I am Asian but born and raised in the US. Most would say that I am a very good driver. I also have a friend who was raised in India and he could easily be classified as a typical "bad Asian driver".

And anyone who thinks there aren't any Asian race car drivers obviously does not follow any motorsports aside from NASCAR... Please get a clue.

hate to say it, but yes.... most bad drivers I come across happen to be asian.......... The 2 times I was hit was by an asian, the one time my wife was hit, it was by an asian, the one time I was a passanger and the car hit someone, the driver was asian......

You should watch the episode of "Drawn Together" where Spanky takes LingLing to get his drives license.... It's all about how Asians can't drive. Lol. You'd love it. He turns the car on and the whole DMV is destroyed with cars and a plane all blown up. It's awesome.

No. I've lost count how many times I've almost been mowed down by them. The Asian taxi drivers are the worst
