It's probably not legal.
Instead of cutting a hole just take out the seat and make a brand new one. Just think you could put it on the market that way. |

On a unibody vehicle (virtually all cars these days are unibody, with a few exceptions) it will weaken the vehicle enough that it won't be safe (or legal) to drive.
If you're really serious, an RV potty would make a LOT more sense.

Depending on the size and exact location of the hole, and the type of car. With an older frame car, there is very little problem. With a uni-body vehicle, you may need to structurally reinforce the area.
If you are installing a holding tank, you will need to be sure that you have ground clearance for it. If not, remind me never to drive behind you! |
