No, but it explains why we now have complete barmpots on our roads who will dice with their and anyone Else's life. May be if the drivers of cars were more susceptible to injury we the public on foot and on bicycles would be safer.
Personally I think that all this, so called, safety equipment should be removed and the idiots who dice with their and other peoples lives would not the walk away from a crash. Leaving the roads safer for other more sane folk. |

Good vid but it just shows you how far technology has advanced
in car safety,There is a clip on you tube somewhere where they smash
a smart car into a concrete block at a reasonable speed and the occupant/s may have survived. |
