Does your state require use of seat belts in all seats?

At any speed, you AND the vehicle are traveling at the same speed.

In a crash, the vehicle will suddenly stop or change direction depending on how the vehicles strike each other.

An object in motion (YOU) stays in motion unless effected by an outside force (You hitting the interior and other people in the vehicle).

In short..while the state may not require it, it is in your best interest to have EVERYONE buckle up. You in the driver seat and a passenger sitting in the back behind you .........if you get into an accident and the person behind you is not buckled up, that passenger may be ejected from their seat and come flying forward into you causing you and them significant injury.

Yes you have to wear them if you are in the back seat as well as the front seat. I live in Ma.

In the UK all passengers by law have to wear a seatbelt.

only in front seat all states and kids under i think 12 in back seat have to wear seat belts and youngins need car seats its the lawi was a race car driver and we wear 5 point saftey seat belts and just a small 10 mile and hour crash can hurt you i hate seat belts and were i come from i never wore one and believed it was against my constitunion rites if i wanted to or not if you have alot of money for a lawyer you may win the case but i dont so never faut it i just were it now it just makes sence to wear one unless you like to live dangerous and its the law watch nascar or indy after a spectacular crash they walk away seat sets is one reason why remember its not the crash that hurts you its the sudden stop that does the most damage i was alomst killed in a car wrech and was in back seat i have a big scar across my head from the accident i flew into the front the impact was so hard the engine came into the car i hit the radio and engine whith my head doctors didnt think i would survive this happend when i was 13 and still bare the scars learn from my mistakes and i dont remeber what happend in the crash just woke up in the hospital a few weeks later no seat belt

Yes, all passengers must buckle up. No person under 40Kgs seat in the front row.

Yes in my state as well and you sound like a very smart person and I applaud you for taking the safety class, I wish more people would do the same.........
