Driver question!!! About what happens to you if you get pulled over!?

If your friend only has a permit and you are driving with her and she gets pulled over what happens to you? You are only 16?

Your friend, the driver, may lose her license or permit and not be able to get a license until she's 18. You as the passenger may, be sent on your way (walk home), be held at the scene until a parent or guardian can pick you up or taken to the police station and held there until a parent or guardian picks you up. Either way you look at it, not a good idea.

Unless you are the driver nothing happens to you.

You will both be charged, and both will be taken in and have to wait for someone to pick you up. (unless an adult can pick you up on the spot)

If you are in a car with a driver with only a permit (in NH) the passenger has to be over 25. In NH, would would probably be fined.
