You need to have held a licence for a minimum of 4 years, and the car needs to be insured to buy the learner and the teacher, I also think you have to be over 21 too. |

hes allowed to take her..she can go in a car with anyone who has a driving license. he must carry his license with him when out with her, she must have her provisional license to hand and they must but L plates on the car. |
