In countries like Bratain who drive on left why they hav the sterring wheels on the right and countries like the us which drive on right hav sterring wheels on left?

You get a better view of the other vehicles on the road.

you get used to either side. It is easier to change gear, especially 2nd to 3rd, when driving on the left and using your left hand to change gear with.
