Lets say you are riding in a neighborhood
and you come across an intersection
no stop sign or anything
and ur about to turn right
do u have to stop ?

If you are the only vehicle approaching an uncontrolled intersection, you have to slow down enough to ensure it is indeed safe, but you do not have to stop, unless, of course, there is a pedestrian walking across. |

let's say you come across a McDonalds sign and want to get a Big mac, do you have to stop? Ask yourself this... You come across a red STOP sign at an intersection, do you have to turn? Driving cannot be made easier, use your brain, red means stop, green means go. STOP means stop, everything else means DRIVE! stay on the right side of the road and in your lane. Better yet, take a written driving test and UNDERSTAND the rules of the road. |

in a neighborhood i would expect to see a stop sign, if i don't see one there I'll assume it was stolen and stop.
if the stop sign wasn't stolen and it wasn't supposed to be there anyway... who cares that you stopped and wasted 2 seconds for the sake of someones child.
