Driving with friends rule in utah?

i know that in utah you cannot drive with friends until you've had your lisence for 6 months -if you're under 18 anyway-and i was wondering if that rule still applies if you are only driving to and from school??

It applies if you are under 18 and have only had your license less than 6 months. It has nothing to do whether its to school or not. If the law says you can not drive with your friends until you have had your license for 6 months. If you do drive with you friends and you have not met the requirements then you are breaking the law, and if you are pulled over then you will be fined and your license will be suspended.

It applies all the time while you are under the states guidelines....
