Dropped curb trauma ?

Can any one help ?I have a dropped curb giving me acsess to my driveway as does my neighbour - in between is a small gap big enough for a small car to park - however we keep getting large vechile owners parking their cars here and the backends hang over my dropped curb making it difficult for me to gain acsess to my driveway and the road. Is there law that actually says that you cannot park across a dropped curb or is it just courtesy as I have been hearing ???? Its really frustrating me

it is against the law to block a driveway weather it is blocking the whole driveway or a small part of it, tell the police when someone is partially blocking your driveway and they should help you with this situation with giving tickets/towing those who block your driveway

This is the way the law reads for most states concerning your problem.

Even if you're only blocking yourself in, you can't do it. City law makes no distinction between blocking your driveway and someone else's:

"No person shall stand or park a vehicle in front of a public or private driveway ... or within five feet of the end of a constructed driveway return."

Call your local city office or the police department.

check your local ordinances, they can typically be found online then see what your recourse is...or there are always posts you can put in the ground...no parking signs indicating private property and so on...just check your local laws first
